The Kman Cup (“we”) runs community League of Legends tournaments on this site. This page says what we collect, why, who can see it, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

From Discord, when you sign in: your Discord account ID, display name, avatar and email address. We ask Discord for permission to add you to the Kman Cup Discord server, and we give you the “Kman Cup” role there so you get check-in pings.
From you, on your profile: your username, Riot ID, ranks, roles, and optionally your Twitch channel and op.gg link.
From Riot Games: when you verify your Riot ID, your Riot account's unique ID (PUUID) and current Riot ID. For games played in our tournaments, your stats from that game (champion, kills, deaths, assists, damage, CS, vision and Riot's highlights).
From playing: which tournaments you signed up for and checked in to, the team you were drafted to, and match results.
Analytics: anonymous page-view and speed measurements from Vercel Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.

Why

To run the tournaments: sign-ups, check-in, the draft, brackets and results. Your rank decides captains and draft order, your Riot ID lets teammates find you in game, and Discord is how we sign you in and tell you when check-in opens. We don't sell your data, show ads, or use it for anything else.

Who can see it

Public: your username, Riot ID, ranks, roles, Twitch and op.gg links, the tournaments and teams you played in, and results.
Public only if you choose: your game stats. They're hidden until you turn on sharing from your profile, and you can turn it off at any time.
Never public: your email address, Discord account ID and Riot PUUID. Tournament organizers can see check-in status.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in, plus the short-lived ones sign-in needs while it's happening. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Where it's stored

The site runs on Vercel and the database is hosted by Neon, both in the United States. Discord and Riot Games have their own privacy policies for what they hold about you.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep your data while you have an account. To have your account and profile deleted, ask an organizer in our Discord. Past brackets will keep the team names but not your profile. If you ask Riot Games to delete your data and Riot tells us, we remove what we got from Riot too.

Changes

If this changes, the date at the top changes with it, and anything significant is announced in our Discord.
